3.1.   After you place an order from our Site, you will receive a confirmation mail/ a text message stating your order confirmation and shipping details of the product(s).

3.2.   PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we may offer substitute products of similar value. Should you choose not to accept the substitute, we will issue a full refund for any amount paid.

3.3.   PRODUCT INFORMATION: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our product(s) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3.4.   We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

4.     PRICING AND PAYMENTS

4.1.   Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4.2.   We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.

4.3.   All payment information provided by you must be accurate, complete, and current.

4.4.   In case of pricing errors, we will contact you via email or text message to confirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order place by you would be cancelled and the payment for the order would be refunded.

 

5.     DELIVERY

5.1.   We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in the Delivery Confirmation or, if no date is provided, within the estimated period, not exceeding 30 days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery location factors. Delivery is deemed complete when you or an authorized party takes physical possession of the goods, confirmed by signing the receipt at the provided address.

 

6.     SHIPPING AND RETURNS

6.1.   Customers can return the order within ___ days from the date of delivery.

6.2.   When returning the order, the product must in the original condition, unwashed and with all tags attached.

6.3.   Reverse pickups will only be arranged upon confirmation by our Customer Experience Team. If you receive a defective product, please email images to _____, and we will respond after review and confirmation by our team.

6.4.   Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we would arrange the reverse pickup of the product(s) with ___ hours from receiving the request.

6.5.   Please ensure while returning the product, the package is in original condition when it was delivered.

6.6.   Since we rely on delivery partners such as ______, reverse pickups for returns incur additional charges. We kindly request our customers to pay a fee of ₹___ for this service.

6.7.   Products purchase during festival season/ sale season are non-returnable and non-refundable.
