Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable time after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on courier partner schedules, serviceability of the delivery location, and factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical constraints.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery to metropolitan cities typically takes 4-5 business days from the date of dispatch, while delivery to other cities and states may take 5-6 business days. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Standard shipping charges are Rs. 100 for prepaid orders and Rs. 200 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Customers may choose to pay online at checkout or opt for COD.

Return Shipments

In case of returns, once a return request is approved and the product is successfully picked up, the return process generally takes 6-7 business days to be completed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damages

XODINARY shall not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipment company directly to file a claim. Please ensure that all original packaging materials and damaged goods are retained before filing a claim.
